If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with Personal Data without their consent, they should contact us immediately at contact@millatapp.com. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18.
2. Non-Profit Status & Ad-Supported Model
While the Platform operates as a non-profit initiative to serve the community, maintaining the servers, development, community programs, and security infrastructure requires significant resources. To keep the Platform free for users, we utilize third-party advertising networks to serve targeted advertisements and outreach campaigns.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that specific user data (as detailed in Section 3) will be processed to show relevant ads. This data monetization is strictly for the sustainability of the Platform and community programs.

- User Generated Content (UGC): Messages, posts, images, and other content you upload.
- Location Data: Approximate location (derived from IP and/or when you provide us your City, State, Country address and/or when you authorize location based application service) to provide location dependent service, regional content and relevant ads.
4. Purpose of Data Use

- Service Delivery: To facilitate matchmaking & profile verification services, rendering services requested or booked, community connections and community engagements, and account management.
- Safety & Security: To detect fraud, abuse, and illegal activities.

5. User Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy
The Platform fosters a safe and respectful community. We enforce a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding objectionable content and abusive behavior:

- Service Providers & Ad Partners: With cloud storage providers and ad networks under strict data processing agreements. You explicitly consent to the transfer of your hashed or anonymized data to our advertising partners for the purpose of serving personalized ads. You may manage this consent at any time via App Settings, though this may affect ad relevance.
- Law Enforcement: We will disclose any and all user data, including private messages and IP logs, to government authorities or law enforcement agencies if compelled by a lawful order, warrant, or subpoena under the DPDP Act, 2023, or other applicable laws.
